Kill Kasha Bear to collect 
5 Kasha Bear Claw. (You can only use bare hands or Dual-Fist weapons).

Talk to [Khavatari] Rosheek.

Kill Kasha Blade Spider to collect 
5 Kasha Blade Spider Talon. (You can only use bare hands or Dual-Fist weapons).

Talk to [Khavatari] Rosheek.

Kill Scarlet Salamander to collect 
5 Scarlet Salamander Scale. (You can only use bare hands or Dual-Fist weapons).

Talk to [Khavatari] Rosheek.

Talk to Gantaki Zu Urutu.

Talk to [Prefect] Kasman.

Talk to [Khavatari] Toruku.

Kill Vuku Orc Fighter to collect 
3 Vuku Orc Tusk. (You can only use bare hands or Dual-Fist weapons).

Kill Ratman Warrior to collect 3 Ratman Fang. (You can only use bare hands or Dual-Fist weapons).

Kill Langk Lizardman Warrior to collect 3 Langk Lizardman Tooth. (You can only use bare hands or Dual-Fist weapons).

Kill Felim Lizardman Warrior to collect 3 Felim Lizardman Tooth. (You can only use bare hands or Dual-Fist weapons).

Talk to [Khavatari] Toruku.

Talk to [Prefect] Kasman, for a 
1 Khavatari Totem.

When you are Level 20, go to [High Prefect] Osborn (Gludin) to become a Paagrio Monk.

To change occupations to Monk, you must complete this quest. Gantaki Zu Urutu will explain about the traditional martial arts of the Orcs and say that you must receive a scroll from two Masters to change occupations to a Monk. He tells you to first go to Khavatari Rosheek, who is training somewhere on the Immortal Plateau.
