Talk to [Collector] Pippi (Dwarven Village).

Talk to [Trader] Mion. She gives you a series of repeated delivery tasks in town which you must complete. (Repeat this step at least five times, and maybe more than twenty).

Find and talk to [Master] Toma.

Kill Hunter Bear. Every 20-30 kills a Honey Bear will appear. Each [Quest Monster] Honey Bear drops a 
1 Honey Jar. Repeat until you have 5 Honey Jar.

Find and talk to [Master] Toma.

Find and talk to [Master] Toma.

Talk to [Warehouse Freightman] Raut.

Talk to Torai.

Talk to [Warehouse Freightman] Raut, for a 
1 Ring of Raven.

When you are level 20, talk to [Warehouse Chief] Moke (Gludin) to become a Scavenger.

This quest must be completed before transferring to Scavenger class. Collector Pippi of the Dwarven Village encourages all aspiring Dwarves to become Scavengers. To become a Scavenger, one must receive the permission of Master Toma, whose whereabouts are currently unknown. It is said that his younger sister, Trader Mion, may know where he is.
