Talk to [Urutu Chief] Hatos, up the southern ramp. He gives you 
1 Hatos's 1st Order.

Talk to [Centurion] Parugon.
3
Buy 3 Scrolls of Escape; it's a long walk.

Hunt down the [Quest Monster] Varangka's Messenger and kill him to get the 
1 Letter to Human. Take the paths northeast to the path loop, and then take the south then east path from there to the Cave of Trials area. Cross the bridge and continue straight east up the hill.

Return to [Urutu Chief] Hatos. He takes order1 and gives you 
1 Hatos's 2nd Order.

Kill the [Quest Monster] Varangka's Messenger again for a 
1 Letter to Dark Elf.

Return to [Urutu Chief] Hatos. He takes order2 and gives you 
1 Hatos's 3rd Order.

Kill the [Quest Monster] Varangka's Messenger again for a 
1 Letter to Elf.
9
Return to [Urutu Chief] Hatos. He takes order 3 and the 3 letters, for:

Varangka, Shaman of Darkness, is scheming to destroy the kingdom of the Orcs. Urutu Chief Hatos has learned of his plot, and has ordered the elimination of all of Varangka’s followers. Kill them all! Centurion Parugon will tell you where to find them.

Catch Varangka's Messenger!
Varangka's messengers and escorts are advancing from the far eastern Immortal Plateau to the Frozen Waterfalls! Kill them all!
