Note. To do the this quest, you need a 
1 Star of Destiny 
Fate's Whisper.

Talk to [Magister] Ladd at 4th floor of Ivory Tower.

Talk to [Magic Trader] Wesley at basment of Ivory Tower. He will give you the Supplier of Reagents quest which is needed to get the quest items. Once you've got this quest, you can talk to Alchemist's Mixing Urn located in the basement and see various things you can make by combining quest items.

Once you've collected all items, go back to the Cauldron in Ivory Tower and combine them according to the formulae to get Pure Silver. You can gamble a bit on the lesser reagents and select a high temperature to get more than one. Choose 1 degree to be safe and not risk failure. However, you must choose 1 degree when making the Pure Silver. This is specified in the quest.

Hunt Chimera Piece to collect 
1 Sage's Stone.

Hunt Bloody Guardian to collect 
1 Blood Fire.

Talk o Alchemist's Mixing Urn. Combine 1 Pure Silver and 
1 True Gold together with the 1 Blood Fire (Use 3rd degree to combine) to get 
1 Mimir's Elixir.

Bring 1 Mimir's Elixir to [Magister] Ladd. When you've talked to Ladd the elixir should disappear from the inventory and the quest will be completed. You will get 
1 Scroll: Enchant Weapon (Grade A) as a bonus and the right to train 1 subclass.

Pure Silver, Silvery Light of Purity
Magister Ladd tells you how to create Mimir's elixir. Magic Trader Wesley under the Ivory Tower will teach you the basic technique of mixing reagents. Magister Ladd tells you that the formula for pure silver is equal parts lunargent and quicksilver.

The second ingredient you'll need to make Mimir’s elixir is true gold. Magister Ladd tells you that long ago, he gave his colleague, Joan of the Ivory Tower, some true gold. He suggests that you to go see her.

Magister Joan tells you that in order to make true gold you will need the sage’s stone. She asks you to go to the Silent Valley and find it for her. According to her, one of the chimera pieces is carrying it…

You have obtained the sage’s stone! Return to Magister Joan of the Ivory Tower in Oren.

, Magister Joan made true gold for you. Now, return to Magister Ladd.

Blood Fire, the Flames of Purgatory
Blood fire is hot enough to meld true gold and pure silver. Slay the bloody guardian in the Lair of Antharas and obtain blood fire. Use the mixing urn in the basement of the Ivory Tower to create Mimir’s elixir.
