The Resonance Amulet needed to communicate with the first Tablet of Vision is rumoured to be in the possession of Magister Justin in the Town of Goddard. Why does he have it? Visit him immediately to learn more.

Ingredients for Life Force Research
While conducting research on life force, Justin stumbled across something pertaining to the origin and strength of the Kamael: the Resonance Amulet. He is willing to trade it for Cellular Tissues, which he says will be of greater help to his studies. To find samples of that tissue, speak with Warehouse Freightman Stefano.

Cooling Preservative
Warehouse Freightman Stefano has the Cellular Tissues that Justin requires, but they are extremely fragile and difficult to transport. Stefano says that they can be more safely moved at very low temperatures, however. He advises you to obtain Ice Crystals for the task.
If you do a favor for Chef Jeremy at the Hot Springs Inn, he will give you the Ice Crystals you need.
