Talk to [Grand Master] Roien. He gives you 
1 Roien's Letter.

Take the letter to [Blacksmith] Altran. He gives you 
1 Directions to Ruins.

Enter the Elven Ruins and hunt Tunath Orc Marksman and Tunath Orc Warrior until you get both the 
1 Broken Blade Top and 
1 Broken Blade Bottom. Do not attempt this without friends until you are at least Level 12.

Give the pieces to [Blacksmith] Altran, who gives you 
1 Altran's Note.

Give the note to [Grand Master] Roien. He gives you the 
1 Broken Sword Handle.

Give the handle to [Blacksmith] Altran, and receive the 
1 Sword of Solidarity.

Grandmaster Roien of Cedric's Training Hall is interested in restoring the Sword of Solidarity, which is the symbol of friendship between the Elves and Humans. He asks you to meet Allman, the Town's Blacksmith, in order to reshape the sword.
