Talk to Samed behind the building just northwest of the gate. He will give you an 
1 Anatomy Diagram.

Hunt Tracker Skeleton, Tracker Skeleton Leader, Skeleton Scout, Skeleton Bowman, Shield Skeleton and Skeleton Infantryman to collect 
1 Skull (
50 Adena), 
1 Rib Bone (15 Adena), 
1 Arm Bone (10 Adena), 
1 Spine (10 Adena) and 
1 Thigh Bone (10 Adena).

Hunt Ruin Zombie, Ruin Zombie Leader, Zombie Soldier and Zombie Warrior to collect 
1 Zombie Head (30 Adena), 
1 Zombie Heart (20 Adena) and 
1 Zombie Liver (20 Adena). You can do this in two areas: Ruins of Despair, due south of Gludio. The ruins sprawl beyond the inner walled area, so explore the outer areas.

Take all the skeleton parts to Varsak just north of the east gate near the teleporter. He takes each set of 5 skeleton parts and tries to assemble a 
1 Complete Skeleton (80% chance). Repeat for each set of parts you have.

Return all the 1 Complete Skeleton to Samed for 2000 Adena, turn in the spare parts when you get a pile and don't have a lot of spare skulls and arms.
