Talk to Neti. She gives you 
1 Neti's Dagger and 
1 Neti's Bow. You can only use these two weapons during the entire quest.

Kill Ruin Spartoi, Raging Spartoi, Tracker Skeleton Leader, Tracker Skeleton, Skeleton Bowman and Skeleton Scout to collect 
10 Spartoi's Bones.

Talk to Neti.

Talk to [Captain] Bezique.

Kill [Quest Monster] Cat'S Eye Bandit to collect 
1 Stolen Jewelry, 
1 Stolen Tomes, 
1 Stolen Ring and 
1 Stolen Necklace.

Talk to [Captain] Bezique, for 
1 Bezique's Recommendation.

When you are level 20, talk to [Grand Master] Ramos (Gludin) to become a Rogue.

Quest that must be fulfilled to change occupations to a Rogue. Find Captain Bezique and tell him you wish to become a Rogue. He says you will earn his respect if you catch one of the thieves, and tells you to meet Neti.
