Kill [Quest Monster] Calpico to collect 
1 Shilen's Tears. ([Quest Monster] Calpico appears with many minions, so be careful).

Talk to Arkenia.

Talk to Triskel, for a 
1 Iron Heart.

When you are Level 20, speak to [Grand Master] Tobias (Gludio) to become an Assassin.

Quest that must be fulfilled to change occupations to an Assassin. To become an Assassin, Triskell asks you to prove your skills by helping Arkenia at the altar of the Dark Elves.
