Talk to [Grand Magister] Gallint. He gives you 
3 Gallint's Oak Wand.

Hunt the [Quest Monster] Spirit Of Mirrors to collect 
1 Spiritbound Wand. It is on the south bank of the river, near the other toads.

Hunt the [Quest Monster] Spirit Of Mirrors to collect 1 Spiritbound Wand. It is almost due north of the toad, on the hill just northeast of the tower.

Hunt the [Quest Monster] Spirit Of Mirrors to collect 1 Spiritbound Wand. It is on the far west end of the island down by the water, northwest of the waterfall.

Return the 3 wands to [Grand Magister] Gallint, and get it as a reward:

The spirits of mirrors that Grand Magister Gallint was studying have escaped! Hit each one of them with Gallint's oak wand to seal them. Seal all three and return to Gallint. The guards in the village can tell you where to find the spirits.

Location of the Spirits
The spirits of mirrors that Grand Magister Gallint was studying have escaped! Hit each one of them with Gallint's oak wand to seal them. Seal all three and return to Gallint. You will find one of them on the western shore of the island, another near the bridge west of Einhovant's School of Wizardry and the third can be found near the Obelisk of Victory.
